We pass the fairgrounds on the way to/from church each week and Madden always points out the ferris wheel and talks about what we saw last year. So, he was so excited to know the fair was OPEN!
We had to make a U-turn to go back and see the ambulance....but Madden would not go near it....not even with daddy!
We made our rounds at the Kids Farm just like last year....
At the end of the Kids Farm, they have a gift shop - how convenient! Of course, Madden insisted on getting something....
.....a tractor. At least it kept him occupied while we waited for lunch.

Madden asked if we would take his picture in front of this car....but of course, he wouldn't look at the camera!
We passed the Mother Goose Circle Time and Madden wanted to go in a sit down. So proud of him!
He even participated!
Then we headed to the car show. Madden loved this "police race car".

Madden got tired and rode on daddy's shoulders.... :)
We headed over to the games at the end. Madden played the duck game again - just like last year. He remembered winning a ball last year and wanted another one. He was much more enthralled with the games/rides this year than last.
We finished the day off with a funnel cake a chocolate covered strawberries! Yum!
