September came and went!
My old roommate, Allyson got married the first weekend of September. The wedding was beautiful and we enjoyed a night out with lots of good friends we don't get to hang out with much.
KK came home from OU for the weekend and surprised us at the game!
Marc traveled quite a bit this month, so Lainey came to visit the last week. We enjoyed going to the local thrift store, planting flowers and getting the house ready for Fall. It was so nice to have company during that time and not be alone. She was a lifesaver that week and helped in so many ways!
It's finally starting to cool down.....but it's not quite Fall just yet!

Football started! We are spending lots of our Saturdays around the house cheering the Red Raiders on! We did venture to a local high school football game - Madden LOVED it and did SO well! He was really more interested in the ambulance that sat next to the stadium than the game, though. And, he loved to watch the "mousecot" (aka: mascot!)...

She took Madden to school each morning - which was a lifesaver! The mornings are SO hard for me!
She found a little red metal tricycle at the thrift store. We had one of these when we were growing up. Madden just hopped right on and knew just what to do!
