On Palm Sunday, our church hosted their annual egg hunt and family picnic....although, we had to move it inside and have a picnic on the gym floor this year due to cold weather.
The kids 'hunted' the eggs in the classrooms - still fun to do!
....and he was quite successful with his stash.... :)
Later that week, my MOPS group had an egg hunt. Since I was still on maternity leave, we decided to go - and even brought our neighbor with us! They had a blast!
Madden & Hudson - best buds!!!!
Marley snoozed away in her stroller the whole time - what a sweetheart!
Marley just chilled in her seat most of the time among the craziness!
We decorated cookies inside, but then decided it was probably best to move the activities outside! And it was a beautiful day!
The boys were quickly over with the organized planned activities and ready to do their own thing.....like taking screw drivers and drilling them into the dirt....probably not the safest thing, but they sure had fun playing in the mud!
Madden LOVED these superhero costumes, so we HAD to get some of our own.....and now he has one on almost daily! He even takes his extra ones to the park in case there are other kids there to share them with - ha!
The night before Easter, Marc's brother's and families gathered for dinner - rather than getting together on Easter Sunday. We went to the Flying Fish and EVERYONE was there!
KK and Madden - can't believe she will be graduating from OU very soon!
All of the Moore cousins....minus Marley - she was sleeping...
Apparently, the adults were chatting too long - so Rachel and Madden kept themselves occupied. What did we ever do before iphones?! :)
On Easter Sunday, we got up super early! After a quick look at what the 'easter bunny' brought, we got dressed and headed out the door for church - with 25 dozen bunny donuts and 20 dozen kolaches for the church reception. Easter Sunday is a work day for me....
I managed to snap a few pictures during the reception at church....not real great, but here are my cuties on Easter 2013!
Church was packed and really good...
Afterward, we went to Angelos with just our family to eat a quick lunch. Then, headed home for some pics..
I can already see a little 'sass' in her face! - or maybe it is gas! Ha!
....and now starts the series of pictures I took while trying to get a good one of BOTH kids.....
No such luck, mama! One was hungry and one was ready to get out of his church clothes.....oh well, memories nonetheless!
