A few weeks ago the school sent a note home saying that Madden was "showing signs of using the potty and to bring 6 changes of clothes, 6 pair or underwear and an extra pair of shoes". Huh? That is like 1/2 his wardrobe!
So, we started a couple of weeks ago.....well, the SCHOOL started a couple of weeks ago. We have been kind of relaxed at home. Had some accidents or just wimped out and put a pull up on him.
AMAZINGLY, he is doing awesome!! He is totally accident free at school. I think he sees the other kids and they keep them on a tight schedule of routine 'potty breaks'.
At home, we are trying. This is really our first week to make a good attempt.
Having a little drink always helps the "juices" start to flow.... :)

Good luck! We potty trained Claire a couple of months ago (with LOTS of help from school!), and while the first couple of days were trying, she caught on pretty quickly. Hoping for few accidents for you guys!
ReplyDeleteOh - and if they'll let him wear them to school, Crocs were awesome during PT time (easy to wash out!).
